Commission a Painting

A painting made just for you - or for someone you love.

There is something truly special about owning a piece of art that has been created with you in mind. Whether you have a favorite flower, a beloved garden, a cherished memory, or simply a color palette you adore, I would love to bring it to life in paint.

What Can Be Commissioned?

I accept commissions for original acrylic paintings in the signature Van Adel Studio style - botanical subjects set against striped backdrops, painted with the same care and attention to detail as the works in my existing collections. Popular commission requests include:

• A favorite flower or bloom with personal significance

• A wedding or anniversary flower

• A beloved garden plant or houseplant

• A floral gift for a special occasion - birthdays, Mother's Day, housewarming, and more

How It Works

1. Get in Touch Fill out the inquiry form below with as much detail as you can - the flower or subject you have in mind, your preferred color palette, the size you are looking for, and any occasion or deadline to be aware of.

2. Let's Talk I will get back to you within 2-3 business days to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and provide a personalized quote.

3. Confirm & Begin Once we are both happy with the details, a 50% deposit is required to secure your place in my schedule and begin work on your painting.

4. Review & Approve I will share progress photos throughout the process so you can follow along and offer feedback. Your satisfaction is important to me.

5. Final Payment & Delivery Once the painting is complete and approved, the remaining balance is due before dispatch. Your painting will be carefully packaged and sent to you with love.

Pricing

Commission prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Please use the inquiry form below to receive a personalized quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to secure your commission slot.

Timelines

Current lead time for commissions is approximately 4–6 weeks from deposit payment, depending on my schedule. If you have a specific deadline - such as a birthday or holiday - please mention this in your inquiry and I will do my best to accommodate you.
