Returns & Refunds policy

At Van Adel Studio, I want you to love what you bring home. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Original Paintings

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at va.belgium@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Belgium. An exact address will be provided once you reach out via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Art Prints & Stickers

As prints and stickers are produced to order, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damage

• A photo of the packaging

Once reviewed, I will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at my discretion.

Shipping Issues

I take great care in packaging every order securely. However, once a parcel is with the carrier, I am unable to take responsibility for delays or losses caused by the postal service. If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the situation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at va.belgium@gmail.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should e-mail va.belgium@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
